Core Assessment is 100% Free: Registration, accessing challenge specifications, receiving automated CI test evaluation feedback, and submitting code repositories on Karvaan Labs are completely free of charge. Candidates achieving 90+ Honors receive both their digital certificate and interview fast-track at zero cost.

1. Operational Processing Charges Schedule

Where applicable, nominal operational fees cover server verification hosting, automated cryptographic hash generation, and administrative overhead:

Interview Rescheduling Fee ₹150 Administrative calendar reassignment for rescheduled senior technical interview panels requested with less than 24 hours notice.

2. Refund Eligibility & Rules

Payments for digital certificate processing and interview slot reservations are non-refundable once the digital credential has been generated or the evaluator panel has been confirmed. Exceptions are strictly honored under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Transactions: Multiple charges incurred for the identical transaction due to network gateway timeouts will be refunded automatically to the source account within 5–7 banking days.
  • Platform Technical Failure: In the rare event of a server outage preventing certificate delivery or verification generation, an immediate full refund or reissuance will be processed.
